LandlordsUnited was started by a small group of operators who were tired of the same loop: free Facebook groups full of beginners and wholesalers, expensive guru programs that don't reflect reality, and conferences you only see your friends at twice a year.

Why a private community?

Real numbers don't get shared in public. The actual mechanics of an eviction in your county. The lender who actually said yes when others said no. The contractor who didn't ghost you. These conversations only happen between people who trust each other — and only when nobody is watching to sell something.

How we vet members

Every application is reviewed by our team. We look for evidence that you actually own (or are actively closing on) rental real estate, and that you're here to learn and contribute — not to sell. No bots, no auto-approvals.

  • Operators help operators. The best advice comes from people one or two steps ahead of you.
  • Numbers over noise. Show the spreadsheet, not the highlight reel.
  • Local matters. A great answer in Texas may be wrong in California. We surface context.
  • Quiet beats loud. Smaller, vetted rooms create better conversations than 200K-member free-for-alls.
