About Bobby Sharma
I am Bobby Sharma, a small time landlord. I am exhausted of being bullied by tenants, bankers, lenders, county tax assessors, insurance companies, contractors, tenant right attorneys and so many more. I know that there are thousands of other small time landlords that are in a similar boat. I launched this community to protect small and midsized lanlords and investors. I hope that you will join me in this journey to become the best possible landlord.
Most tenants are great and good hard working, honest people that pay rent on time and take care of the properties. It is a small minority of trouble makers that we need to worry about and do something about it.
Why a private community?
Real numbers don't get shared in public. The actual mechanics of an eviction in your county. The lender who actually said yes when others said no. The contractor who didn't ghost you. These conversations only happen between people who trust each other — and only when nobody is watching to sell something.
How we vet members
Every application is reviewed by our team. We look for evidence that you actually own (or are actively closing on) rental real estate, and that you're here to learn and contribute — not to sell. No bots, no auto-approvals.
What we believe
- Operators help operators. The best advice comes from people one or two steps ahead of you.
- Numbers over noise. Show the spreadsheet, not the highlight reel.
- Local matters. A great answer in Texas may be wrong in California. We surface context.
- Quiet beats loud. Smaller, vetted rooms create better conversations than 200K-member free-for-alls.
